Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Mechanical Sewerage in Soest 2027–2030

Summary

The municipality of Soest is procuring a two-year framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027 for preventive and corrective maintenance of approximately 500 mechanical sewerage assets in Soest and Soesterberg. The work includes annual cleaning and maintenance, including maintenance in accordance with BRL K14020, fault repairs, minor repairs, control-room management, cleaning of pressure pipelines and supplying parts. The estimated value is EUR 840,000 excluding VAT in total, or EUR 210,000 per year. The agreement may be extended twice by one year, up to 31 December 2030. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 09:30. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: sustainability, reporting, project organisation and annual bid price are assessed, with maximum quality values of EUR 16,000, EUR 24,000 and EUR 20,000 respectively. The contractor must also meet a Social Return obligation equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
