Collection, transport and marketing of household waste paper and cardboard

Summary

The contract covers the collection, transport and marketing of household waste paper and cardboard (OPK) in the municipality of Weert. The five-year contract is planned to run from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2032, with an option for two five-year extensions by mutual agreement. Collection must cover all households at least once a month. Bidders may propose collection either entirely with or entirely without volunteers from associations. The tender is evaluated on best price-quality ratio: price (35 points), the collection-plan concept chapter (40 points) and the proposed use of association volunteers and collection points (25 points).
