Supply of overhead line masts and drill pipes

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of overhead line masts and drill pipes (pipe foundations) for the tram and metro overhead-line network in Amsterdam, Diemen, Amstelveen and Uithoorn. The contract is divided into two separately awarded lots: Lot 1 for overhead line masts and Lot 2 for drill pipes/pipe foundations. The scope covers supply, transport and unloading; installation and assembly are excluded. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier per lot for four years, with two possible two-year extensions, up to a maximum of eight years. The estimated total value over the maximum term is EUR 4,420,000 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion, and each lot is awarded separately to the tenderer offering the lowest total price. Tenders must be submitted in Dutch through the designated electronic procurement platform by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not allowed and the tender must include realistic, transparent and non-negative prices.
