Summary

The tender concerns an integrated cleaning service for the Metropoolregio Rotterdam Den Haag office building at Westersingel 12 in Rotterdam. The contract covers weekday cleaning of the basement through the fifth floor, sanitary cleaning and the supply and replacement of sanitary consumables, internal and external window cleaning, management of two waste containers, periodic cleaning of keyboards, mice and monitors four times a year, and additional or specialist cleaning on request. The estimated maximum value is EUR 600,000 excluding VAT over a maximum term of four years. The framework agreement will run for two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions, and will be awarded to one main contractor. The tender must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 13:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price is worth 30 points and quality 70 points. The quality submission must address service delivery, flexibility, continuity, quality control, sustainability, contract takeover and implementation. All documents and communication must be in Dutch, and variants are not permitted.
