Mowing verges, ditches and water bodies and trimming hedges 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns mowing roadside verges, ditches, water bodies and grass areas, removing the resulting cuttings, mowing sight corners, trimming hedges, carrying out related works and implementing traffic measures. The contract is a four-year framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027, with one possible two-year extension. The municipality expects to spend up to EUR 4,500,000 over four years; the framework agreement ends automatically at EUR 5,800,000 or at the end of the term. One lot is available and variants are allowed. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The best price-quality ratio applies: quality accounts for 60 points and price for 40 points. A vision and method statement is required, and it must achieve at least 55% of the available quality points.
