Summary

This procurement concerns a framework agreement for maintaining water systems in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The work is divided into nine lots covering different areas. The scope includes mechanical dredging from the bank using an excavator with a maximum reach of 22 metres, transport of dredged material, bank restoration including fauna escape points, repair of drainage outlets, removal and installation of agricultural dams, culvert cleaning, preparatory pruning, emergency works and related activities. Investment projects, overdue dredging, certain works carried out by the contracting authority or third parties, combined works and works requiring measures for contaminated soil or waterbed are outside the stated scope. The framework agreement is planned for two years, with one possible two-year extension, and may involve up to nine operators. Bidders may submit for all nine lots but may be awarded a maximum of three. The estimated total value is EUR 24,000,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 90 days. Variants are not allowed.
