Major maintenance and functional improvement of De Barones car park in Breda

Summary

The tender concerns major maintenance and functional improvement works at De Barones car park in Breda, which accommodates approximately 510 vehicles. The contract includes developing the existing detailed design into a construction-ready design and carrying out the works. The scope covers building works, entrance modernisation, mechanical and electrical installations, ventilation, CO and LPG detection, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm and evacuation systems.
