Maintenance of natural stone pavements 2027–2034

Summary

The tender concerns a maintenance contract for natural stone pavements in The Hague for 2027–2034. The scope covers planned maintenance of approximately 90,000 m² of natural stone pavements and about 45,000 m² of strips paved with Swedish granite setts, as well as the rapid permanent repair of damage creating dangerous situations. It also includes maintenance of the joints of the concrete paving tiles in Grote Marktstraat, obtaining the required permits, implementing traffic measures and communicating with stakeholders. The tender must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. The estimated contract value is EUR 3,200,000 and the framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 4,800,000.
