Dukaton road redevelopment in Mijdrecht

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and redesign of approximately 700 metres of Dukaton road in Mijdrecht. The works include removing existing infrastructure, milling and constructing asphalt pavements, earthworks, drainage and gully connections, concrete and element paving, kerbs, road markings including red cycle-lane coating, greenery, street furniture, temporary traffic measures and diversions, and repairs to culverts. The work must start no later than 22 February 2027 and be completed no later than 23 July 2027. One contractor will be appointed. Bids are evaluated using the best price-quality ratio: price carries 60 points and quality 40 points, comprising the approach plan and clean and emission-free construction. The contractor must also allocate 2% of the contract value excluding VAT and variations to social return activities.
