New construction of IKC De Wegwijzer

Summary

The restricted tender concerns the construction of a new IKC De Wegwijzer integrated child and education centre in Groningen. The existing school will be replaced by a two-storey building of approximately 2,881 m² for around 260 pupils, including a gymnasium and childcare facilities. The construction contractor must carry out the building works, organise the site, coordinate with the installer, architect and other parties, manage safety, accessibility and nuisance, and deliver a complete usable building. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 2 October 2026 at 13:00. Up to five candidates will proceed to the second phase. The planned construction period is 1 February 2027 to 30 June 2028. In the award phase, quality has a 70% weighting and price 30%.
