Underground and above-ground waste containers

Summary

The Municipality of Utrecht is procuring one framework agreement for the supply, installation and management of underground and above-ground waste containers. Management includes repairs, maintenance, cleaning, inspections, administration and a container management system. The municipality has approximately 4,400 containers; the expected supply is about 1,100 containers, including approximately 1,000 replacements and 100 for autonomous growth. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, up to 31 October 2030. The maximum scope is 1,500 containers, with maximum values of EUR 12,000,000 for maintenance, cleaning and inspections and EUR 10,650,000 for supply and installation. Offers must be submitted electronically via TenderNed by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. The contract will be awarded to one tenderer based on the best price-quality ratio: service delivery plan 35 points, clean and zero-emission construction 15 points, CO2 Performance Ladder 5 points and price 45 points.
