Sale of the former fire station site

Summary

The tender concerns the sale and redevelopment of the former fire station site on Prinses Beatrixlaan in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. The selected party must acquire the site, demolish the former fire station, preserve and integrate the existing fire tower, obtain the required planning and environmental approvals, prepare the site, and develop three ground-level homes with resident and visitor parking and public-space landscaping. The development is at the buyer’s own cost and risk. The bid must include a signed participation declaration, a recent trade or professional register extract where applicable, references proving the required development and sustainable-building experience, a financial security commitment of EUR 50,000, a design vision, an approach and participation plan, a sustainability explanation, and a completed land-price bid form. Bids must be submitted in Dutch by email no later than 9 October 2026 at 10:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: design vision 40 points, approach and participation 25 points, sustainability 15 points, and land bid 20 points.
