Framework Agreement for Migration of Building Control Technology Within and at Amsterdam UMC v3
Summary
The tender covers the replacement of approximately 200 outdated control panels at the AMC site of Amsterdam UMC and other building control technology works, including design, installation, software, testing and documentation. A framework agreement will be concluded with three suppliers; the estimated works value is approximately EUR 15,000,000 per year excluding VAT. The initial term is four years, with an option to extend it twice by two years, up to a maximum total term of eight years.\n\nTo participate, bidders must demonstrate professional registration, financial standing, insurance cover of at least EUR 2,500,000 per event and EUR 5,000,000 per year, compliance with VCA, NEN 3140 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and reference experience in four areas. References must concern renovation or refurbishment works of at least 250 m², completed within the last five years and signed by the reference client.\n\nThe bidder must be able to work in a continuously operational building, be a registered SAIA Partner and assign at least three appropriately trained staff members. The bid must be in Dutch, complete and unconditional. The bid price must be between EUR 3,100,000 and EUR 5,225,000 excluding VAT; the price schedule must be submitted both in Excel and as a signed PDF. Quality assessment covers planning and quality assurance, sustainable operations and transparent budgeting.
