Sewer inspection, repair and emergency works and pumping station cleaning works

Summary

The municipality of Venlo is procuring a six-year framework agreement for sewer inspection, repair and emergency works and for cleaning wastewater pumping stations. The contract is divided into five lots: Venlo South, Venlo East, Venlo West, Venlo North and the entire municipality. Lots 1–4 cover sewer cleaning and inspection, minor civil engineering works, repairs to household and gully connections, a 24/7 emergency service and assistance with sewer and flooding problems. Lot 5 covers annual cleaning of main, mini and pressure pumping stations and assistance with related problems. The estimated total value for all lots is approximately EUR 5,070,000 excluding VAT; the agreement runs for two years from the expected start date of 1 January 2027, with four optional one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted digitally by 5 October 2026 at 10:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality 70% and price 30%.
