Perimeter fencing and security renewal

Summary

The procurement concerns the renewal of perimeter fencing and security at the LFPZ Zeeland site of the Pompekliniek in North Brabant. The works include creating a double security ring, dismantling existing fencing and security systems, supplying and installing fencing, folding gates, four rapid-folding doors and a turnstile, as well as earthworks, site works, fibre-optic connections and electrical installations. The contract includes a 12-month maintenance period and has an indicative duration of 18 months. This is a competitive dialogue procedure: up to three candidates are selected, and only candidates invited after the dialogue may submit a final tender. Tenders must be submitted by 11 December 2026 at 10:00. The economically most advantageous tender is determined using the best price-quality ratio, based on price and quality criteria for uninterrupted operations, limiting disruption and execution risk management.
