Summary

Hogeschool Leiden is seeking one contractor for a framework agreement covering the delivery and implementation of printers and multifunction devices, a cloud-based print management system, hardware and software maintenance and support, and consumables. Standalone scanners, label printers, large-format printers (plotters), paper, outsourced reproduction work and commercial printing are excluded. The estimated value is EUR 575,000. The initial term is five years, with up to three optional extension years. Tenders must be submitted by 7 October 2026 at 12:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: total costs account for 30% and quality for 70%.
