Major Maintenance of Public Lighting 2026–2030

Summary

This open procedure concerns a framework agreement for major maintenance of public lighting in the municipality of Medemblik from 1 November 2026. The initial term is two years, with up to two one-year extensions. The estimated total value, including extension options, is EUR 3,000,000. The work covers approximately 13,000 lighting columns and includes supplying and installing lighting equipment, replacing and relocating columns and luminaires, cable and excavation works, testing, measurement reports, revisions, data updates, traffic management and disposal of released materials. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 12:00 and must be in Dutch. Award is based on price only. The bidder must demonstrate financial continuity, professional registration, ISO 9001 quality management, VCA and BEI certification, and comply with additional Liander, electrical safety, reporting and execution requirements.
