Cleaning and window-washing services

Summary

The tender concerns daily, periodic and on-demand cleaning services and window washing for N.V. Juva’s office building in Poeldijk, covering approximately 6,037.35 m² of floor area and 9,222 m² of glazing. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, has a fixed initial term of four years and may be extended twice by two years, for a maximum term of eight years. The bid deadline is 2 October 2026 at 12:00. One contractor will be selected on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price 40% and quality 60%. The contractor must provide qualified staff, Dutch-language operational communication, VOG certificates, environmental and safety compliance, structured quality monitoring and 24-hour emergency availability with attendance within one hour outside working hours.
