Collection and processing of construction and demolition waste and bulky household waste

Summary

The tender covers the collection, acceptance, sorting and processing of construction and demolition waste (BSA) and bulky household waste (GHA) for RD Maasland and the municipality of Horst aan de Maas. It is divided into two lots, and tenderers may bid for both. For RD Maasland, the service mainly concerns acceptance and processing because RD Maasland arranges collection and transport; in Horst aan de Maas, the contractor must also provide collection and transport. The estimated quantity is 1,050 tonnes per year for BSA and 1,900 tonnes per year for GHA. The contract is expected to run for two years from 1 January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion, but the tender must satisfy all technical specification requirements. The price sheet contains maximum unit prices, and one framework agreement will be concluded with the successful tenderer for each lot.
