Recording views and responses at information evenings for energy and mining projects

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one service provider to record and process residents’ responses and formal views at information evenings concerning energy and mining projects. The work will take place throughout the Netherlands, usually in the afternoon and evening, at approximately 55–75 information evenings per year; normally one recorder is required, with two needed occasionally. The service includes preparation, on-site recording of participants’ input in a complete, objective and recognisable manner, verification with the participant, and submission within three working days. The estimated contract value is EUR 200,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of EUR 300,000 including a possible expansion. The initial term is two years, with two possible extensions of up to one year each. Tenders must be submitted by 1 October 2026 at 12:00. Tenders will be evaluated on 1,000 points: approach plan 700, social added value and sustainability 100, and price 200 points.
