Workwear and personal protective equipment

Summary

The tender concerns a single-operator framework agreement for the supply of workwear and personal protective equipment, including employee measuring, returns and circular processing services. Approximately 470 employees of the regional water authority use these products. Workwear must comply at least with EN ISO 13688 and bear the CE mark; personal protective equipment must comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the applicable European standards. The initial framework term is 48 months, with the contracting authority entitled to extend it twice by 12 months, up to a maximum of 72 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 26 October 2026 at 12:00. The award is based on quality and price: implementation, commissioning and communication 25 points; quality, materials and appearance 30 points; sustainability and circularity 20 points; and tender price 25 points.
