NEN 3140, 2484 and 365 inspections

Summary

The tender concerns periodic NEN 3140, NEN 2484 and NEN-EN 365 inspections of the NVWA’s electrical work equipment, portable access equipment and fall-protection equipment, including repairs, maintenance and re-inspections where necessary. The services cover coordination, inventory-taking, measurements, functional testing, digital reporting, labelling and handling of failed equipment. Services will initially be provided at 20 locations across the Netherlands, with approximately 60 mobile battery chargers also requiring inspection. This is a framework agreement with one contractor, initially lasting 2 years with two possible extensions of up to 12 months each; the maximum value is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price at 50% and quality at 50%, covering the method and implementation plan, reporting quality, and an environmentally and socially responsible procurement plan.
