Delivery, Implementation and Support of CUPPS at Eindhoven Airport

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, implementation and support of a CUPPS solution for Eindhoven Airport, including hardware, software, integration, training, maintenance and ongoing support. The supplier must provide a COTS solution that fits the airport’s operational needs and supports multiple passenger processing systems and airline applications. Key practical points: - the solution must support the required airline PPS/DCS systems, including Navitaire GoNow, Navitaire SkySpeed, Res2 iPort and Aerocloud eDCS; - workstations are required for check-in, service desk, gate, test and baggage control room use, plus back-office virtual desktop use; - the solution must support multiple PPSs at the same workstation, instant switching, lock/unlock without re-login, local applications, document printing and integrated passenger identification devices; - real-time data push, batch historical data access and at least 30-day log retention are required; - the solution must comply with CUPPS, IATA and GDPR requirements and use EANV-provided network infrastructure; - if on-premises servers are needed, they must run on EANV’s hypervisor infrastructure and stay within 12 vCPU, 48 GB RAM and 240 GB HDD limits; - the workstation must be ready within 90 seconds after power-on; - the bidder must provide implementation planning, training, SLA, backup and recovery, spare parts strategy and cybersecurity arrangements; - a project manager and competent project team are required, together with manuals, training materials and acceptance support.
