Summary

The tender concerns stand design, construction and full service delivery for international trade fair stands, with one framework agreement for one supplier. The contract covers design, logistics, build-up and dismantling, on-site support and coordination with local partners. The estimated maximum value is EUR 3.3 million excluding VAT over up to 8 years. Bidders must submit the UEA, meet the exclusion-ground declarations, prove technical and professional capability through references, and have ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality assurance plus evidence of environmental and sustainability management. The bid must be in Dutch and prices in euros excluding VAT.
