Summary

The tender concerns a financial SaaS application for OVER-gemeenten. The supplier must deliver, implement, host, maintain and support the solution, including integrations, reporting, e-invoicing, budgeting, accounting, debtors/creditors, commitments, assets, loans, projects, time registration and security. The contract is for up to 10 years. The solution must be ready for production by 15 November 2027 and go live on 1 January 2028.
