Summary

The tender concerns a SaaS-based real estate management application for the Municipality of Velsen. The supplier must deliver, implement, host, maintain, support and further develop the solution, including data migration, integrations, user training and functional support. The contract is planned for up to 10 years, with an initial 4-year term and three optional 2-year extensions. The bidder must submit the UEA, a general declaration, a reference form and other required documents. The bidder must be registered in the commercial register, have adequate business liability insurance, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least one comparable real estate management implementation in the last three years for a municipal organisation with at least 20 regular users. A second reference must show migration of data into a real estate management application via CSV or a comparable import method. The tender also contains detailed requirements for architecture, security, privacy, reporting, SaaS operation, integrations, implementation and support. The solution must be web-based, support SSO and MFA, comply with the required standards, and be able to pass the requested POC and demonstration.
