Renovation of the Het Meeuwennest commercial restaurant in Den Helder

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation and complete modernisation of the large commercial kitchen and restaurant in building R007, Het Meeuwennest, at Nieuwe Haven in Den Helder. The works cover approximately 4,049 m² and include building works, structural works, mechanical and electrical installations, fire safety, sanitary facilities, ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, drainage and integration with the existing building management system.
