Carbon accounting services for Rail Baltica construction

Summary

RB Rail AS is procuring consultancy services to assess greenhouse-gas emissions from the construction phase of Phase 1 of the Rail Baltica project. The work covers a construction-emissions baseline for life-cycle modules A1–A5, analysis of the main carbon hotspots, strategic emissions-reduction recommendations, and editable calculation files and datasets. The procurement is not divided into lots; its estimated value is EUR 80,000 excluding VAT.
