Engineering systems maintenance and repair works

Summary

The Latvian National Opera and Ballet is procuring ongoing maintenance and repair of engineering systems at Meirānu Street 2 and Aspazijas Boulevard 3 in Riga. The services cover electrical and low-voltage systems, fire detection and voice alarm systems, ventilation and cooling, heating and water supply, including scheduled maintenance, repairs and emergency response. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 24 months; the planned contract value is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT.
