SIA Daugavpils Dzīvokļu un komunālās saimniecības uzņēmums is procuring the replacement of the roof covering at the residential building at 35 Vaļņu Street in Daugavpils, in accordance with the project. The single, un-lotted contract covers work on approximately 400.37 m² of roof, including removal and disposal of the existing covering, installation of asbestos-free corrugated sheets, roof structures and metal flashings, and associated chimney, dormer and gable works. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 52,000 excluding VAT.
