SIA “Daugavpils dzīvokļu un komunālās saimniecības uzņēmums” is procuring the project-based renovation of balconies at the residential building at 33 Aveņu Street in Daugavpils. The single, non-divided contract covers the renovation of 48 reinforced-concrete balconies, including slab repairs, waterproofing, new railings and associated construction-site and waste-removal work. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 110,000 excluding VAT.
