Maintenance of stormwater drainage networks and ditches in Talsi

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of stormwater drainage networks and ditches within the administrative territory of Talsi for 12 months or until the contract ceiling is reached, whichever occurs first. The combined maximum contract value for both lots is EUR 41,999 excluding VAT. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots, which will be evaluated separately. Lot 1 covers cleaning and repair of stormwater sewer networks, inlets, manholes and culverts, as well as removal and disposal of sediment, for up to 280 hours per calendar year. The networks must also be cleaned using a hydrodynamic machine for up to 80 hours per calendar year. Lot 2 covers cleaning and maintenance of existing ditches for up to 1,500 metres per year and, where required, excavation of new ditches and reconstruction, recleaning or profile restoration of existing ditches. The contracting authority will determine the actual need and scope; payment is only for work ordered, completed and accepted. For emergency work, the contractor must respond within 2 hours on working days and within 4 hours on weekends and public holidays. Warning signs must be installed immediately, and the emergency must be resolved no later than 24 hours after work begins. The contractor must document the work and comply with applicable laws, occupational safety and environmental requirements, and properly collect and handle waste. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required registration and comparable previous experience, provide an equipment list and, for Lot 2, a specialist with the required education and experience. The offer must include the required technical and financial proposals and supporting evidence. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offer; prices may not be increased during performance due to rising costs.
