Electricity supply for Talsu Namsaimnieks' boiler houses and other sites

Summary

The tender is for the sale of electricity to SIA Talsu Namsaimnieks for its boiler houses, residential buildings, offices and other sites. The estimated volume is 900,000 kWh over the contract period, but this is only a forecast: actual consumption and the list of supply sites may change as required. The contract covers electricity sales and balancing services from 1 January to 31 December 2027; electricity transmission and distribution are not part of the procurement. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers and quote a price per kilowatt-hour. The price includes balancing and applicable taxes other than VAT, but excludes system service tariffs and the fixed balancing-capacity charge. No separate monthly or trading-service fee is permitted. Price is the sole award criterion, and the compliant offer with the lowest price will be selected. The bidder must be registered as an electricity trader and must have, or undertake to conclude upon award, the system-operator and balancing agreements needed to arrange electricity trading.
