Manufacture, purchase and installation of medical equipment and furniture

Summary

The tender covers the manufacture, procurement, delivery and installation of medical equipment and furniture at a hospital at Ģimnastikas iela 1, Riga. Bids may cover one or both lots: (1) four nurse-station furniture sets for the hospital’s second and third departments on the third floor, including counters, a document cabinet, passage doors and electrical outlet solutions; and (2) made-to-order furniture, furniture parts and fittings, including work and extension tables, cabinets, drawer units, wardrobes, panels and accessories. Quantities ordered under the second lot will depend on the hospital’s needs and budget; quoted unit prices remain valid throughout the contract. Delivery and installation must take no more than six weeks from an order, and the warranty must be at least 36 months. Evaluation awards 70 points for price, 10 for delivery time and 20 for a longer warranty. The bidder must have completed at least one contract worth EUR 15,000 or more for the supply of new furniture during 2023–2026, before the bid submission deadline, and provide a positive reference. The bid must include a technical description and evidence of compliance. Goods and services originating in Russia or Belarus are prohibited.
