Design and author supervision for the Ropaži church parking area improvement

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of construction design documentation and author supervision for improving the parking area beside Ropaži Evangelical Lutheran Church at Baznīcas iela 1, Ropaži. The contractor must prepare and coordinate the design and provide author supervision during construction until the facility is commissioned. The design documentation is due within five months of the contract taking effect; author supervision runs from the start of construction until commissioning. The procurement is not divided into lots, and the offer must cover the complete scope. Evaluation awards up to 90 points for price and up to 10 points for the project manager’s additional relevant experience.
