Procurement and installation of an air supply system

Summary

The procurement covers one air supply system set—an air compressor and an air quality meter—including delivery and installation at a military site at Birzes iela 1C, Riga. The planned contract ceiling is EUR 24,793.39 excluding VAT (EUR 30,000 including VAT). The system must comply with the technical specification and be delivered in one shipment. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced bid that meets the requirements. The goods must not originate from or be manufactured in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus, and the proposed goods' manufacturer must not be subject to the sanctions specified in the tender documents. For access to the military site, the supplier must submit for approval, on the contract-signing date, a list of staff and vehicles requiring access. Only staff on the approved list may perform the contract, subject to the nationality and security-screening conditions in the tender documents. The bid must be submitted electronically by the deadline stated in the contract notice.
