Installation of a flagpole in Saulkrasti, Saulkrasti Municipality, including preparation of technical documentation

Summary

The procurement covers the renewal and installation of an 18-metre flagpole at Ainažu iela 4A in Saulkrasti, including design documentation, approval procedures, demolition of the damaged foundation, construction of a new reinforced-concrete foundation, delivery and installation of a new GRP/GFRP flagpole, commissioning and handover documentation. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. The flagpole must be white, conical, equipped with an internal lockable winch, a traditional flag attachment system, a manufacturer-compatible anchoring system and a warranty of at least 10 years. The solution must be designed for a 2.5 × 5 m flag; the flag itself is not supplied. The award criterion is the lowest total price excluding VAT. The tender must be submitted electronically through the Latvian EIS by 1 October 2026 at 00:00.
