Installation and maintenance of visitor counters in Piejūra Nature Park

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of visitor-flow counting equipment in Piejūra Nature Park, including battery replacement and, where necessary, replacement and installation of counters. The park has 12 counters installed in wooden posts. Work will be carried out in Riga’s administrative territory following the contracting authority’s written work orders; each order will set a completion period of at least 3 working days. When replacing an Eco Counter device, the contractor must install a SensMax or equivalent counter. If a post is damaged or missing, a new post must be made and installed in accordance with the technical specification. The contractor must provide written reports and photographs of completed work and provide a 24-month warranty for the equipment. The contract lasts up to 24 months and has an estimated value of EUR 24,447.17 excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 October 2026 at 10:00. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. Tenderers must demonstrate experience installing visitor-flow counters in 2023–2026 and provide at least one positive client reference. The offer must include the required technical and financial proposals and supporting qualification documents.
