Maintenance and Repair of Street Lighting and Property Electrical Installations in the Rūjiena Area in 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance and repair of street lighting and electrical installations at municipal buildings and other property in the Rūjiena area for 24 months from the contract’s entry into force. The work includes repairing or replacing street-lighting lamps and control equipment, fixing cable and building-installation faults, carrying out measurements and emergency work, and supplying and installing agreed electrical materials. The street-lighting network includes 575 lighting poles and six control cabinets. Work will take place in Rūjiena town and the areas of Jeru, Lode, Ipiķi and Vilpulka. Routine work must begin within five days and be completed no later than one month after the work order. For a short circuit, power outage, fire or similar emergency, the contractor must arrive within one hour. The warranty for work and materials is at least 12 months. Bids must cover the entire procurement; it is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically in Latvian, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest total of unit prices.
