Construction supervision for pond cleaning in Liepāja

Summary

The procurement is for construction supervision of pond-cleaning works on Vaiņodes and Vētru streets and at Rietumkrasta Street 6 in Liepāja. Supervision must continue throughout the construction works until the facility is commissioned; the planned construction period is eight months. The responsible construction supervisor must be on site at least once on each day when construction work is underway, and the specialist construction supervisor must likewise be present at least once on each day when specialist works are underway, including outside normal working hours and at weekends. The bidder must be legally entitled to provide construction supervision and provide a suitably certified responsible construction supervisor and electrical-works supervisor. The responsible supervisor must have at least one qualifying similar project within the previous five years, involving supervision of the construction, reconstruction, renewal or cleaning of a water body of at least 500 m². The supervision provider must be independent of the construction contractor and project designer. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Latvian. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest-priced compliant tender will be selected.
