Window and door maintenance and repair works

Summary

The procurement covers window and door maintenance and repair work at municipal institutions and municipally owned apartments in the Mārupe area. It is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. Work will be ordered as needed. The planned contract term is 24 months or until the amount of EUR 41,999.99 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The contractor must inspect a site no later than one week after receiving a request, then provide a cost estimate for the work and materials and a proposed completion period within two working days of the inspection. For an emergency call-out, the contractor must arrive at the site within one working day. Work must be completed within the agreed period and no later than two months after approval of the estimate. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate the required registration and experience completing at least two comparable contracts, and submit technical and financial offers.
