Cleaning Latvian Bank buildings and grounds, plant care, and on-request inventory moving

Summary

The Latvian central bank is procuring services in two lots for its buildings in Riga, from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. Lot 1 covers routine and deep cleaning of premises and grounds, roof cleaning, snow removal, hygiene-supply monitoring and replenishment, supply and replacement of entrance mats, and on-request movement of furniture and other inventory at buildings on K. Valdemāra Street 2A and 1B and Bezdelīgu Street 3. Lot 2 covers year-round indoor-plant care and seasonal care of outdoor and balcony plants at K. Valdemāra Street 2A and Bezdelīgu Street 3, including spring planting.
