Delivery of a new vehicle (operating lease)

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of a new vehicle under an operating lease for 36 months. The supplier must deliver the vehicle in accordance with the technical specification and provide the required 36-month maintenance, warranty repairs and other maintenance services under the contract. The bid must include an application, a technical proposal and a financial proposal. Submissions are made electronically via the EIS tender subsystem; an ESPD is mandatory. Bids are evaluated according to defined award criteria with price as the sole award criterion. All prices must be stated in euros excluding VAT.
