Events – seminars for social service providers working with adults with mental disorders who have addiction problems

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of 8 in-person seminars in all 5 Latvian planning regions. The seminars are intended for social-service and other professionals working with adults who have mental or intellectual disabilities and addiction problems. The service provider must develop the content and programme, engage lecturers, provide suitable accessible venues, equipment, registration, catering, participant feedback, attendance certificates and photographs. The service must be delivered within 3 months and the contract completed within no more than 4 months. The estimated value is EUR 24,793.39 excluding VAT, and the tender price may not exceed this amount. Evaluation is based on price, worth 80 points, and quality, worth 20 points.
