Summary

The tender concerns construction supervision services for a project developing separately collected municipal waste infrastructure in the Talsi and Tukums municipalities. There are two lots: supervision of the construction of a sorted-waste collection area at Dzelzupes Street 2 in Talsi, and supervision of four sorted-waste collection points in Tukums and Kandava. The first lot is expected to run for up to 20 weeks and the second for up to 8 weeks, in both cases until the relevant facility is commissioned. The tenderer may bid for one or both lots, must submit the offer electronically through the Latvian procurement system, and must provide application, qualification, technical and financial documents. The economically most advantageous offer is selected by the lowest price in each lot.
