Procurement of light and heavy vehicle tires, installation and repair services

Summary

This procurement concerns the supply of tires for light and heavy vehicles, including installation and repair services. The supplier must demonstrate technical, financial, and organizational capacity and provide evidence of prior relevant experience. The contract value is up to 30,000 EUR excluding VAT and the term is up to 24 months, with potential extension. The supplier must submit a technical offer and a financial offer, and provide documentation proving compliance with the technical specification and qualification requirements (e.g., registration in the appropriate registers, three years of experience including at least 300 tires delivered and at least 50 mounting services).
