Delivery of sessions to reduce the spread of addictions

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of activities to reduce the spread of addictions and informational lectures on addiction-related topics in the Cēsis area. The services will be provided for 12 months from contract signature, with service commencement planned for October 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots, and only one tender may be submitted for the entire scope. The tender must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026. The successful tender will be the lowest-priced compliant tender. The bidder must provide the proposed specialist’s qualification and education evidence, the specialist’s undertaking, registration details, qualification and financial documents, and the required declarations. The bidder must also comply with sanctions, data protection, occupational safety, environmental protection and Latvian-language submission requirements.
