Fuel procurement

Summary

Open competition for the procurement of fuel (diesel and petrol) for GARKALNES KOMUNĀLSERVISS. The contract covers fuel supply for 12 months in accordance with the Technical Specification, with an estimated total value up to EUR 180,000 net (VAT excluded). The start date is 1 November 2026 (or the contract effective date if later). The contract period is 12 months or until the contract value is reached, with possible extension not exceeding the total amount. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EIS e-tender system, including ESPD and other required documents. Fuel will be supplied through designated filling stations (DUS); at least one DUS must be within 15 km of the Purchaser’s address. Fuel quality must meet applicable standards. The bidder must hold a valid license for retail sale of petroleum products in Latvia; all required qualification documents and ESPD must be provided. All subcontractors with a value of EUR 10,000 or more must be listed with their scopes of work. No bid security is required.
