Maintenance, repair and purchase of spare parts for tractor machinery

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and repair of tractor machinery and the purchase of spare parts for SIA “Atkritumu apsaimniekošanas sabiedrība “PIEJŪRA””. The estimated contract value is up to EUR 43,980 excluding VAT, with a contract term of 12 months or until the contract value is used, whichever occurs first. The contractor must provide mobile and workshop services, diagnostics, repairs, spare parts and materials for the specified machinery. Services must generally be available five days per week for at least eight hours per working day, with an on-site response within 24 hours and communication within two hours. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Latvian electronic procurement system by 2 October 2026. The economically most advantageous tender is selected using four award criteria: service labour rate, travel cost per kilometre, discount on materials and spare parts, and distance from the service base to Tukums.
