Procurement of laboratory equipment and reagents for developing the molecular laboratory (Part 2)

Summary

The procurement concerns laboratory equipment and reagents for developing a molecular laboratory. It is divided into six product positions, including sample mixers, a mini-centrifuge, a thermostatic shaker for tubes and microplates, and magnetic beads for DNA purification. Bidders may offer one or more positions, but must cover the complete set of goods in each position offered; alternative bids are not permitted. Contract award is made by position through a framework agreement. The estimated total value for all positions is up to EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement runs for up to 48 months; supply contracts for positions 1–5 have a 60-month term and the contract for position 6 has a 48-month term. Bids must be submitted electronically and include an application to participate, a declaration of independent bid preparation, qualification documents, and technical and financial offers. The technical offer must demonstrate compliance with the technical specification and include relevant manufacturer documentation. Bidders must meet the registration, CE marking, authorisation to sell and service, and service engineer requirements described below.
